I am Ashutosh, or Ashu to most people. I am the technical co-founder of Bik.ai, which builds two products: Bik.ai and GetManifest.ai.
We started Bik in 2019. Since then we have been through Y Combinator and raised a Series A from Sequoia. What the company actually does is help ecommerce brands automate their customer support and marketing.
I split my time between two cities: New York and Bengaluru.
What I write about#
Mostly my own experience of running the startup: the decisions, the mistakes, and the things that only look obvious in hindsight. Beyond that, I am preoccupied with developer productivity, engineering, and AI, and most of what ends up here comes out of the working day.
Away from work#
I read philosophy and psychology, and I play a fair amount of racquet sports: squash, pickleball, and tennis.
